The customer service was exceptional, with breakfast set up before check-out and assistance in organizing transportation. The manager, Gabriele, provided great recommendations for things to do in the city. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh jams and bread. The riad itself is a romantic and quiet oasis in the bustling medina. The staff were always in a good mood and the architecture of the building is authentic and gorgeous. The general areas were well-maintained and offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for senior people looking to relax. I particularly loved the traditional wooden gate that opened up to reveal the turquoise tiled swimming pool and arcades surrounding it. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy navigation through the Riad and no stairs to climb.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to provide more assistance with carrying luggage.
